Development & Assessment Centres
The People Password can design exercises relevant to any role and run an assessment or development centre which matches your company culture and ensure a positive experience for the participants.
Assessment Centres are commonly used in recruitment and selection and are a combination of various tasks and exercises e.g. role plays, group discussions, presentations, individual exercises and interview which are designed to determine the extent to which a candidates skills, personality and experience match with a particular role.
