All of Tracy’s coaching is bespoke and individualised, with a view to optimising your time with her to ensure you achieve your goals.

Tracy’s approach to coaching is that it is a professional partnership between you and her in which Tracy supports you to discover more about yourself, set and achieve goals and fulfil your potential.

Mentoring

Effective mentoring is proven to enhance development, improve productivity and increase employee engagement.

Mentoring is a business relationship in which learning and experimentation can occur, potential skills can be developed, and results can be measured in terms of competencies gained.

The People Password can support you in two ways with mentoring for your business;

  1. We can support you to establish your own internal mentoring programme in your organisation,  or,
  2. We can be a Mentor for your people or your organisation.

Development & Assessment Centres

The People Password can design exercises relevant to any role and run an assessment or development centre which matches your company culture and ensure a positive experience for the participants.

Assessment Centres are commonly used in recruitment and selection and are a combination of various tasks and exercises e.g. role plays, group discussions, presentations, individual exercises and interview which are designed to determine the extent to which a candidates skills, personality and experience match with a particular role.

Development Centres are similar in content to Assessment Centres but provide an insight into strengths and development areas. Following a Development Centre program, The People Password provides individualised development plans.
