Mentoring

Development & Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres are commonly used in recruitment and selection and are a combination of various tasks and exercises e.g. role plays, group discussions, presentations, individual exercises and interview which are designed to determine the extent to which a candidates skills, personality and experience match with a particular role.

Development Centres are similar in content to Assessment Centres but provide an insight into strengths and development areas. Following a Development Centre programme, The People Password provides individualised development plans.
